Weight Per Part (kg): Cross Section Area × Length ÷ 1000 × 2.71 ÷ 1000

Material Cost Per Part: Weight × Aluminum 5052 Cost ÷ 1000 ÷ Exchange Rate

Extrusion Cost Per Part: Weight × Extrusion Cost Per Ton ÷ 1000 ÷ Exchange Rate

Anodizing Cost Per Part: Weight × Anodizing Cost Per Ton ÷ 1000 ÷ Exchange Rate

Final Part Cost: (Material + Extrusion + Anodizing + 0.5/Exchange Rate) × 1.1
